The hotel provided a very pleasant experience. The staff was amazing and a shout out to everyone for being kind, friendly and helpful! Morning breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety and a chef who made omelets and fresh eggs. One day the breakfast was not open and the front desk allowed me to go in and make a cup of coffee. Big plus in my books. We ate the restaurant one day and the staff were very engaging and funny! We loved them. We also did nightly drinks in the bar to wrap up our day. Again, great staff! The room was super clean. GREAT balcony! And most importantly a comfy bed. We did utilize the workout room, the pool and the sauna. A plus! We would definitely stay here again!

We found this hotel amazing, location was good, although out of town it is a nice 20 min walk into the centre of town. Hotel had everything we needed, all the staff we encountered were so helpful and always smiling. Onsite parking for a small fee. The room was more than comfortable, beds and pillows comfortable. The lobby bar was lovely, nice atmosphere and value for money for drinks. We didn't eat in the lobby bar so can't comment on the food although we had the most amazing meal in the restaurant La Vermuteria that has opened recently. The food we had was so good, definitely recommend the smoked sardines and mash!

For only € 11 per person we could add a very good hotel breakfast buffet. There were no gluten free options; however, the egg/ommlette station was a great addition. There was an enclosed carpark by the hotel for a discounted price for guests of approximately € 9 for the day. Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas looked great. This hotel exceeded our expecations and would recommend to anyone travelling to Jerez de la Frontera!

The hotel never disappoints. This was my 10th visit. The staff are always fantastic, I was met by all the regular team who know me by name. The hotel has had some lovely updates - new balconies, new fittings in the breakfast room and a lovely new bar in the lounge. The gardens are immaculate and everywhere is clean and tidy. The Vermuteria sherry/tapas bar is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. See you next year!

Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, pillows and great shower. Restaurant, gym and swimming pool available however we did not try any amenities as only there one night. Would stay again if ever in Jerez.
